How to change broadband plan

Hi, my broadband plan was £23 per month unknown to me it went up two months ago to £46 how do I now change it to a more cheaper plan? I am a disabled single mother financially struggling is an understatement x

Sounds like the discounted rate came to an end, granted you should have been given an email about the contract coming to an end. 

To get it sorted you need to call the broadband team. No broadband staff have ever came on the forum in my entire time of using it.

Make sure to be signed in to get the number to call.

ive had the same... i phoned up to cancel... got told on the phone its cancelled... get home and find its renewed

If you are on any form of benefits, you may be entitled to a social tariff.

Most ISP's provide them, and you do not need to stick with your current ISP.

From what i know not many people are aware of the heavily discounted  "social" tarrifs, and this needs highlighting
