Hi, my 30 day rolling contract for superfast broadband with anytime calls has just jumped from £23

It's now £46.50. Are there any better deals for existing customers or is it time to move?

Call and speak to Now Broadband. They did the same to me. The email they sent last year informing me of a change was very unclear and deceiving and they know this.

They offered me a similar price to what I had and refunded me the difference for that £46 payment they took.

Worked for me!

You don’t and won’t speak to staff on here. See this link for the purpose of the forum.

Did you not get an email about your contract ending?

Best to call the broadband team. Make sure to be signed in for the call centre info.

@Roz they haven't refunded me, even tho my email says they won't be charging me £38 until next month. I been with them a year am cancelling within the 14 days. I have just been reading my contract and ita says after 14 days if your not reaching the required speed then contact us and we may be able to help you rather then getting a fee foe cancelling your membership. WOW JUST WOW
