Offer disappeared

I cancelled my membership with NowTV but they then emailed me a special offer in order to renew, which makes the content worth it for me. I have tried to activate it but can't find it. Can anyone help?

Have you tried another browser? Deleted cookies and data etc?

Still no luck, expand the 'How to get in touch' dropdown for live chat and that will let you speak with staff.

Just need someone to confirm if the offer I received is still valid. All I'm getting now is a "continue your membership", but no figures/amount are mentioned. I was offered £3.99 for sixth months one week ago, (a week before my membership expires). I am having trouble accepting this offer, but haven't been told that the offer no longer applies .
