I'm not sure why Now would tell you about social tariffs directly as Now will have no knowledge of customers/people's personal financial situations.

@Azz in the link above that I posted for you there are a number of ways to contact Now (live chat, web form and if you are able to use it, a free phone number).
Use one of those methods to ask about Now's social tariff. I'm pretty sure that the broadband team know about their own Social Tariff and will be able to help you.
A quick Google search of "Now Social Tariff" would have presented all the information needed but for ease, here's a link to the information you may (or may not) be looking for.
