unable to connect my security cameras to wifi

hello there,i am new to now braodband ,got the device up and running,i tried to set up my security cameras with broadband but it doesnt seems to work at all.previously they connected to vodafone router straight away .

when i try to connect it to security cameras  via wirless route ,it gives me error to connect to internet ,and then it says only 2.4 ghz wifi is supported.i don't understand what to do .and [voucher code removed] doesnt seem to have online techincal support either.any one to help me please .regards

Hi @Anonymous User 

Did you try resetting the security camera then connect to the NOW Hub Router 2.4ghz Network ?

Perhaps other forum members can offer some further advice on things to try.
