i got activated yesterday and my broadband works fine but i cant make or recieve any calls i have the dial tone there but when i try to make a call it says number not recognised and also i do not no my phone number and ive not recieved a message regarding my number

If you have access to a Mobile phone, then call the NOW Broadband Team using the number from this link page below (they close at 8pm and reopen at 8am).
Should you have no access to a working phone, then use the web form using the same link below to send them a message.
