Telephone line

My phone line is down I haven’t a mobile how am I supposed to contact them. Ran a tes5 on the line says it fine, but it isn’t. The automatic bot asks nothing about line being down just broadband and tv. Help this is happening often.

Exterior cable cut

How do I get hold of NOW TV so they can repair cable I accidently cut while pruning in my garden?

Sky ID

I changed my Now TV password and got a message immediately from Sky to say i had changed my Sky ID too. NOW and Sky are not linked in terms of log in and I have never been a member of Sky - why did I get this? Is it spam?
