Why is it impossible to find a telephone number on this website?

I have no communication from Now and my payment has just doubled but can I find a way to contact Now TV? absolutely not, if anyone has a number for them please share as I cannot find an email either? thanks

The real question is why do you need to call NOW? Is it something that us fellow customers can point you in the right direction?

Otherwise depending on your product you need to speak with NOW about see the post from @Jayach and note that the phone number is for broadband ONLY. Anything TV related will be directed to live chat.
