Unable to use device

I have changed internet provider and now can’t use my now tv as no remote and only have Roku on my phone any help would be appreciated. As you can imagine I’m not happy I can’t watch tv

Change the new WiFi name to what the old provider name was. The device is looking for WiFi on a name that doesn’t exist anymore.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
