Hello,

My Samsung will not load NOW tv - I’ve tried rebooting router etc but no joy. It was working fine last week but now won’t load - just loading screen only.

Any help appreciated.

Apart from rebooting your Router did you also try unplugging the power to your Samsung Smart TV with the inbuilt native NOW App for around 2 minutes.

Also if your Samsung Smart TV allows it, perhaps try a fresh NOW App download on your TV.
