I need urgent help. I am 80 as is my fife. We both have multiple health issues. Our landline phone has been inoperational for most part of March. I have reported this and spoken to them 3 times, but they have not done anything to resolve it.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEAse CAN SOMEONE HELP ME GET THIS FIXED. sure i have a mobile phone but the signal here is extremely poor.

Alas, we are all just customers here like yourself, and if you have contacted Now Broadband to get this resolved, and nothing has happened, it’s hard to know what we can do more,
I would suggest that you formally complain, though:-

and if you have any local support services, such as Age Concern or similar, try enlisting their help in resolving this.
