Have you gone into My Account > Manage Account > My Payments > Bills & Payments whilst logged in here to see if the payments match with your Bank Statement ?
Also go into the My Account section on your Stick and see if the login details match your online website account (just in case you have created more than one account).
You could try logging out and back in on your Stick under the Stick My Account section to see if that triggers your entertainment pass into life.
