My broadband arrived today but there's nothing regarding a now tv box although I've paid when I st up my package and another payment is due 11th Oct but not been able to watch now tv due to no equipment what do I do to get my box

Do you mean you are waiting for the delivery of the NOW Broadband Router or was you expecting a TV streaming box as well ?
NOW don't supply a TV streaming box or Stick when ordering their Broadband service and you need to supply your own TV streaming devices from the list on the link below.

Should your live activation Broadband date is today and you haven't received the NOW Broadband Router for the internet, then get in touch with the NOW Broadband Team using the telephone number in the link below.
The NOW Broadband Team will only deal with customers that is Broadband related.
