I tried to make a complaint over the phone to Now. I was spoken to by a very rude person who would not help me at all. I was not allowed to talk to a manager when I asked if I could. I have made 3 complaints on the site regarding a very misleading and dishonest email Now sent me but they have all been ignored.
It is very apparent that Now does not value it's customers at all.
They should be disgusted with themselves. Without their customers they would be out of business!
