Turned on NOW TV to find it has all changed !! It is NOW.
When I went to My Apps - there is no NOW App!!! I used online chat only to be told I need to keep trying each day as it may take time !!
Has any one else had this issue ???

@Anonymous User what device are you using?
When you say that the app is missing, can you not see the landing page that looks like this?
If you do, then that is the Now app. The new layout automatically defaults to Now on startup instead of you having to select it.

@Anonymous User I'm not aware that JVC TV's have a native (built in) Now app so are you using a Now stick or box plugged into the HDMI of your TV?
Are you seeing a screen the same as the photo I embedded in my first reply? If you are, then like I said, that is the Now app. To access your account details and sign out/in, scroll right to the bottom and the final row of tiles contains "My Account" on the right (see image below).
Click on that icon and it will open a page showing active passes. In the bottom right will be a button to sign out/in (see image below)
