My box won’t work after 6th October

My box won’t work after 6 October what can I do?? I shouldn’t have to buy a new one and can’t contact nowtv, how can I talk to them about this

Hi there I'm the same, need to upgrade..its wrong we have to pay for the stick..cant see anything on the website

Our childrens box was a white one and we got an email to say they were no longer going to send updates to this box but gave us the option to upgrade for £10 for the stick instead of £25.

@Anonymous User @Anonymous User if it's the only device you have registered and use to access NowTV, you may be entitled to a free stick. Email

 

customerservices @ nowtv.com (ensuring no spaces).

 

If you have other devices registered, unfortunately you'll have to pay for a new device.

Thanks for that, we keep getting the same message although it wasnt mentioned when we took out 12 month sports pass on the 12th September.  This box is our only device so I will try emailing them.
