You can’t have cancelled your account if you can still post on here.
Do you mean you have cancelled a membership or memberships?
What happens if you look in your account at these memberships - are they still running, meaning you didn’t cancel completely?
Or maybe you have a duplicate account, or a single account not with Now directly, still running?
These are all things the Nowbot, under ‘Get Help Quicker’ actually can help with, by taking you to the relevant section in the Help.
But in the meantime I, and probably most other people here, will ignore your exhortations, as we have been able to conduct our Now accounts with few, if any, problems 😎
Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
