Is anyone else having the same issue.For the last few nights between midnight and 1 am whilst watching something I get a red bar at the top of the screen stating " internet connection lost".I then have to reconnect but it's very slow loading main menu and when I do eventually return to what I was watching same thing happens again after a few minutes.The weird thing is is I switch over to Amazon the connection is fine.This makes me think the problem is something to do with Now and not my connection.Do they do some sort of maintenance or up date late at night which would cause this?

Can I assume you’ve done the usual IT unplug and factory reset your router?

We are in brighton Everytime between 11pm-1am it happens and isn’t currently working now it’s the worst broadband ever luckily we are going somewhere else now it happens every single night so stressful 😞 x

Call the brpoadband team using the number in the post up from yours to see what can be done.

You need to call the broadband team to get an answer.
