In what way not letting you? What happens when you try?
If you don’t see any membership to cancel, did you subscribe via third party, like BT, TalkTalk or Amazon? If so, you need to cancel on their site, not on Now.
if you do see a membership, but can’t cancel it, are you on an offer with a minimum term, not yet expired?
Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
