Hi, my broadband was cancelled end of last year. I want to reconnect my broadband only there isn’t an option on my account, live chat does not come up and I can’t seem to find a valid number to call customer services to help with this?

To re sign back up to NowTV Broadband if you have cancelled the service previously you may need to contact the NowTV Broadband Team via the live chat service or drop them a message.


Open the link page below and select the most appropriate help topic (if nothing matches pick something close to what you are after) once you get to the final step, scroll down to the bottom of the page on your screen where hopefully you will see a Get in Touch option.


Click on the drop down arrow below Get in Touch which should then expand the screen information to show a live chat button.


If you are having difficulty opening the live chat service, then try a different internet browser with the ad blocking software disabled (MS Edge works for me).
