Broadband is so slow as though they have switched me back to ADSL. Also cannot complain as the complaints section does not work. Website states their lines are open until 11pm. Called then and they close at 8PM

There is nothing you can do until the lines are open again. Keep paitent and call give them a call since its after 8am.
