Broadband Activation

Hello,

 

I am in the process of leaving another broadband provider and interested in NOW broadband. My current broadband ends on the 2nd Aug and i would like to activate the NOW broadband on this date.

 

When going through the order i am given one date as an activation day, 15th July and i am unable to select any other date.

 

Is there any way around this so i can order NOW broadband for a activation specific date, in my case, 2nd Aug? or does it not matter 🙂

 

FYI - The chat function is practically useless.

NOW Broadband customers can get in touch anytime between 8am–11pm.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
