internet connection problems

I have three days without internet, perhaps it is due to the strong winds that have occurred these days, but I have called and they have not solved the problem.

Have you checked the service via My Account? What are the lights on your Hub showing? Beyond that, you will need to persevere with the support team directly I'm afraid as NOW don't offer any help here, you will only get suggestions from fellow customers like myself.
