To save your rant you could have done a search on the forum and easily find a way to get in touch with staff.
You need to elaborate what your on here for TV or broadband?
For TV you need to speak with staff via live chat. By clicking “chat online” within the green box, don’t hit “get help quicker” as this is a bot.
For broadband you need to call the team to get anything account related sorted. See the link for number.
