I took advantage of the email offering a free box, £14.99 price will be waived at the end of processing. I tried and the voucher didn’t apply, so I received a confirmation email my order was processed, amount due £14.99. Order number: 451M74972859 that was at 6:33AM of today, 22/09/17.
I tried it again, this time successful, no amount charged, that was processed at 6:36AM of today.
Then I received an email that the boxES are on their way to me. I don’t need both. I only wanted the free promotion. I tried to send a message, several times, I dont think the message has gone through.
How can you help me now, NOW TV? I don’t want to pay £14.99. It wasn’t my fault the system failed and didn’t process it the way it should’ve been- FREE BOX.
