I have a Roku box (4200SK model) and Samsung Smart TV.
Recently the Roku logo disappeared from the source menu and at the same time the Roku box stopped responding to the Samsung remote commands. I have tried to get the Samsung remote universal capabilities to work again with the Roku box but it won’t recognise the box. Any ideas / help gratefully received.
