Error code 14.50

My Now TV box is unable to connect to wireless network and showing the error code 14.50. I am connected to the internet on all other devices and I have tried unplugging and re-starting the device. Any ideas before I cancel the subscription in frustration?

Try doing a factory reset to box. As the device is prone to internet connection issues.

Hi there. Hope you can help. My NOWtv stick has all of a sudden started doing this. It  connects when I do a factory reset but it happens every time I turn off my TV and stick. A factory reset every time is really starting to annoy me now 😭 please help if you can

Not sure what else can be done if you feel like it constantly needs a factory reset every time you turn it off. Can I assume you’ve tried a reset to your router?

Worst case you’ll need to accept defeat and recycle the stick, then purchase either an Amazon Fire or Roku stick. You definitely won’t find a new NOW stick as they are no longer made or sold.
