when going on sky sports to watch fottball it says streaming on too many devices! i did give acces to friend ages ago and suspect they are using it and i just want to keep access to myself and knock the others off

Jump onto live chat and request all devices to be removed. Unless you have boost you can only watch on 1 device at a time.
Make sure you click “chat online” and not “get help quicker” as this is a bot.
