Seeing picture when fast forwarding & rewinding (stick)

im liking this new stick - but when I fast forward or rewind I am not getting a picture of it fast forwarding or rewinding so if I want to skip something I cannot see at what position I am at of the film. am i doing something wrong , its getting tedious looking at the time and stopping it every minute to see what part of the film I am at .

This is not unusual from Now TV. It seems to be one of the few services that do not offer this function. Personally I don't often fast forward, but I can see it being handy. 

A suggestion would be log it with Now TV staff, it might be taken into consideration for future app updates.

just tried using the complaint / suggestion form and every time get an 'ooops - something went wrong '

Have you tried Live chat? 
My understanding is that some sections of Now TV don’t work properly with different browsers, could be worth trying another browser?
