You mean you take a known-to-be-good USB power supply, plugged in and switched on, over a correct USB A to Micro USB cable, also known-to-be-good, plug it into a Now Stick on a working HDMI port on a working TV, and the Stick doesn’t power up?
Press the button in the side of the Stick for five seconds. Does it come back to life?
How about a few more than 15 seconds?
If not, if you leave it like that for a bit, even apparently not working, does the Stick get warm at all?
Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
