Keep getting "Sorry, there is an error in the player" come up on the screen and in bottom right hand corner code 4008 which I know is payment issue, but payment up to date. Logged on to my account yesterday verified email address check everything was ok re payment, even unplugged smart stick and turned back it on again, fine all day yesterday, now we are getting error again, don't what else to do to clear it.

Have you tried unplugging your router for a few minutes?
Might sound daft, have you ensured the stick is fully updated?
Otherwise get in touch with staff using the method provided by @redchiz1

Chat with a member of staff is through the link provided by @redchiz1
You have to click “chat online” within the green box. If your hitting “get help quicker” which sounds like you are then your getting the bot.

Managed to get someone in the chat, had to reset the now stick and go though the whole set up process again. Hopefully it's cured it.
