So took out 2 accounts for the kids probably 10 years ago. Managed to cancel one.
the 2nd won’t show up anywhere using the website and it’s still taking over £15 a month out of my account.
How do I cancel seen as every link on their website leads to nowhere and there’s no way of getting actual useful help.
