Hello
I was having issues with my Disney plus account not working on my stick so I removed the app and added it back on to the stick this didn’t work so was advices to do a reset
after doing my reset I get an error message saying I can’t connect to my broadband.
I have reset my router and stick and same issue so it is preventing me getting onto the Home Screen.
does anyone have any suggestions or has this happened to anyone else

You say “reset” is this including a factory reset?
So this would mean setting it up completely from scratch.

Thank you I will try to disconnect my router again and if this fails I will but an Amazon fire stick
