Stuttering sound

Watching certain channels, the sound seems to cut in and out - fast almost like strobing but with the sound. It’s awful. Only happens on certain channels though which I find really strange. So just now flicked to ‘GREAT! tv’ to enjoy some classic Who Wants to be a Millionaire, and there’s the horrible strobing sound effect again. Anyone else found this, or have a solution…? Has irritated me for a while, only tonight I can’t sleep and Chris Tarrant would probably do the trick 😂. 

Watching on a now box (4500sk). Software is all up to date, broadband etc is all perfect, connection is quick. Only seems to happen on that channel at the moment. 

And yes, I have tried turning it off and back on again. 🙄

Have you tried a factory reset?

You could also try a retune of the channels before doing a factory reset.

Cancel that, hahaha. I retuned and went back to the wrong channel.  It’s still happening on the original channel. I might try the factory reset but thinking more likely I’ll just get rid of nowTV altogether, total garbage with no actual support other than friendly people on here. Thanks anyway.
