Hi all I’ve had to do a factory reset on my box , I’ve managed to connect the Wi-Fi but when I’m asked to enter the code on now tv.com/tv it won’t accept the code keeps saying sorry there’s been a problem please try again. I’ve tried on both phone and iPad still not working any help or tips would be greatly appreciated

If no luck tomorrow morning, then get in touch with NOW live chat to see if they can figure out what's going wrong when applying the six digit code showing on your television screen with the NOW box.
