Broadband and TV

I took out a Broadband and TV package with Now. I have the broadband but no TV Box or Stick. Should I have received these? Tried all day yesterday trying to find en email address or phone numbe4 but no one will help. Thanks

NOW do NOT make or sell their own devices anymore and haven't done in years. To watch NOW content you need a device supported from the below link.

Now no longer do their own boxes and sticks, and even when they did, they were never supplied as part of a broadband package.

However, Now do sometimes offer a Streaming Membership with the Broadband; if this is what you have, then you need to find a device you can watch that Membership on, which you may very well already possess:-

If you don’t have such a device though, or you want to watch on your TV but that hasn’t got Now, then choose from:-

Roku Express or Stick

Amazon Firestick

Google ChromeCast

These devices come in HD and slightly higher priced 4K versions; you don’t need more than HD for Now, but if you are going to use a 4K TV, you might consider a 4K device to take advantage of 4K on other apps on the device.

 

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
