Given the news today that Neighbours is returning next year, will Freevee be added to Now? It is already available on Roku in the USA but not in the UK.

Error code 14.50

My Now TV box is unable to connect to wireless network and showing the error code 14.50. I am connected to the internet on all other devices and I have tried unplugging and re-starting the device. Any ideas before I cancel the subscription in frustra...

Internet indicator light not on

I just went live yesterday. Openreach engineers were here to do their thing. I connected my box to the Openreach Master socket but cannot get internet. I really need an engineer to look into this.

No Internet connection

No Internet connection. Tried everything from resetting, phoneline test, ect ect. Is Now tv service down? I live in Wales. Help.

Resolved! Stuck in loop/won't accept password

So this has been like it for 48 hrs.ive reset the box and it won't accept my password even though it works absolutely fine on my iPad. Any clues what to do next?

Making me lose pay

So I have no WiFi.  They're sending an engineer out in 2 days but I have work at 8am and I work from home. Meaning, I'll lose pay tomorrow.  I can't get onto an online chat as the bot won't let me.. Please help
