I've lost my old remote control, I think it's gone out with the rubbish, I need to order a new one how do I do this, I ordered a remote on Amazon but it didn't work, it did say all I need to do is add batteries and it will work on my tv, it didn't work

Remote control for what? One for your TV would be nothing to do with Now.

But if you are talking about a remote for the original Now Stick, then most of the ones offered on Amazon for £10 or so won’t work (and give you fair warning they won’t work) and any that will work are so wildly overpriced that you would be better off getting a new Roku Express instead.
