No tv

Says excellent WiFi green lights are on the box but can't get on to any apps anyone else having trouble

Posting on here means noting when it comes to broadband as support NEVER come on and post on the forum. You need to call the broadband team. See link for number.

Also you tagged this in the wrong section of the forum, You put it in the streaming stick/box which is NOT the router.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
