Internet down

My internet as been down since 6am this morning been ringing all day but not been getting through to get it fixed Ive done all the checks reset it all I'm getting is 2 green lights but internet light as not come on when will this be fixed as it's been going off a lot recently .

We are all customers on this forum, nothing we can do to “fix” the fault. 

Keep calling the broadband team until it’s  resolved.

@gavs82008  Apologies. My comment was aimed  at NOW. 2 days without Internet and hearing nothing from them. #frustrated #sorry

Rang them today they know mine is also down but they are still trying to get it back on but there are no BT in my area as they are elsewhere but to check the BT site for updates been 2 days for me to some customers got internet but other haven't.
