I’ve received my hub2 and been notified it’s been activated the problem seems to be the password. Every time i enter it it says it’s wrong and won’t let me connect. All 3 green lights are on. What can I do?

if the password on the sticker on the back doesn't work, then connect via ethernet cable and go to the router settings for wifi
