I am trying (unsucessfully) to add a pass onto my account, The payment card is used for other passes. I just get an error signing up message. I have tried 2 browsers on my laptop, my phone, wifi, phone data. Changed the card, tried apple pay and it is the same message.
Any ideas?

Try another payment method, or even updating the payment details with the same card.
