Error can’t find ticket

I’ve renewed my sports pass today for 6 months but today, watching the the match, getting error code can’t find ticket???? Having to go back into menu and restart which only works for 10 mins then gets error code. Think I may cancel if this continues. Rubbish. Anyone else having problem today.

Hi. It’s a black box. I’ve had for years. I haven’t had to restart the match for the last 15 mins. There is error codes listed so if it goes off again, I’ll take note. To fix it just restarted the sky sports option and match. That’s it really. Fingers crossed. Cheers for reply.
