Channels dropping off

Just about had enough of NowTV. Channels this morning not working properly. Retuned and lost half the channels, retuned after unplugging for a while, channels not getting a signal, retuned and half the channels again. Am about ready to walk away from this rubbish. No customer service or assistance. Useless really

What do you mean lost half the channels? 

Now TV only supply’s channels and content through passes.

 

Are you using the Now TV smart box that has an aerial connection? 

 

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
