Box not working

How can I order a new box mines completely broke my son spilt drink in it and I’ve tried to dry it out and damaged one the metal bars inside the broadband connection. I’m still paying for internet that I don’t have please can I get a new box sent out or advice

‘Box’, given where you have posted this, means a Now streaming device, not a Now router.

But Now no longer supply hardware, so to replace such a box, you would buy a Roku Express, HD or 4K, or a Roku Streaming Stick, or an Amazon Firestick.
£20-£60, depending on how powerful and capable you want.

But I think you might mean your router? In which case, call Now Broadband and ask for a replacement, see if this is chargeable or not.

If Now do want to charge for a replacement router, it might be a cheaper option to get one from eBay, or possibly get a Sky SR203 from there, which will give much improved Wi-Fi.
