Unexpected error when logging in on ipad

Since this week I have had a problem logging into my NOW tv app on my iPad. Tried everything from uninstalling the app resetting my password but nothing works. It is fine on my BT pro box,smart tv,

it wasn’t working on my iPhone 13 last night but then started working my daughter has a iPhone 11 and hers is not working don’t understand it 

was wondering if anyone else is having any problems with the same problem

Hi thanks so I’m guessing it’s a problem with NOW then with using IOS

Yes that's the way I read it by looking at the NOW Twitter (X) tweets.

I haven't been over on NOW Twitter (X) for a couple of days, so I don't know how NOW are doing with regards to a NOW App update patch.

They don’t seem to be in any hurry to get it sorted which is disgusting because your paying for it and getting nothing
