This is a customer forum. So requesting for changes to anything relating to NOW will go unheard. 
Your best to request this directly with NOW which you can do by sending an email to customer support.

Hi Guys

Just a thought, a lone voice asking for a facility usually goes unheard.

As we've seen in the recent past, campaigns for better facilities takes time and lots of NOW users writing in supporting posts for that facility.
