Now TV Mobile Memberhsip

Hi,

I bought a 24h pass on Friday evening and it mentions that I get Sky Sports for 6 months on my phone included with the deal. I'm logged onto my Now app on my phone and it is not allowing me to stream anything on any Sports channels. 

I really want this sorted so I can watch the football today.

@user5930204 check the terms and conditions as in the past, the free mobile sports pass becomes active 10 days after the purchase of the day pass.

Also keep in mind, you don't get access to all the sports channels with the mobile pass but only 5 of them.

Hi, I understand the 10 days after purchase but I believe it is "up to 10 days" after. 
I don't understand why there is a delay to it becoming active? Can't they just activate it now so I can watch the game?

@user5930204 I've just added a screenshot of the offer and basic terms to my original comment. It states "within 10 working days". Given Monday would be the first working day, I doubt you'll get any joy having it active today. You could try asking live chat.
