Error code 20024

Since Wednesday every time ive tried to use the Nowtv app it says somethings gone wrong (error 20024)

Ive tried deleting cache and data and I also uninstalled and reinstalled the app but still the same. Even restarted the phone

Outside of unplugging the router for a few minutes and ensuring the app is downloaded all I can say is speak to staff and report via live chat.

Hi @MarcS @TimJ 

I was getting an error message on my Android device 20001 which I couldn't fix.

There was a new NOW App update this week from the Google Play Store and since the update on my particular Android tablet the error code changed from 20001 to 20024.

There has been a couple of tweets over on NOW Twitter Help from Android mobile owners who are encountering error 20024 this week since the App update.

Couldn't see a fix over on NOW Twitter.

I am guessing you have tried a full power shut down on your device before trying the NOW App again (unfortunately nothing works for me).

I have had the same 20001 to 20024. Nothing has worked, crazy we are paying for a service that cannot function properly.
