8 month mobile membership not showing up

Hi

 

Just brought a 24 hour sports day membership it said that it came with an 8 month sports mobile pass, but now I’ve got it, the confirmation email says nothing about the extra 8 month membership? 

when I log into the app it says membership “ready to use” is it a case of when I start watching it then shows up ?

The main question is when did you purchase the day membership?

This is key for when to expect your mobile membership to arrive on your account. As it can take up to 10 days.
